Ippsession is a Drupal software module that can be used to share a session between PHP and Perl.
It has so far been been integrated into SynergyX and various Drupal modules.

Ippsession has been tested on Drupal 6 with php5 on Debian 6.0 but shall work on any PHP capable webserver installation.
