- Decided to wait a little with analysis of issues for the following packages since the popcon score is very low. Will continue later this week, if other higher prioritized ones do not appear.

- Added the following packages to dla-needed
- snakeyaml
- nheko
- smarty3
- Went through a few CVEs in the list of "fixed in bullseye but no-dsa in buster". Did not find any obvious to ignore or add to dla-needed.
- Marked CVEs for the following packages as no-dsa:
- ruby-commonmarker
- Reverted marking CVEs for the following packages as not supported since the support status is unclear:
- nvidia-graphics-drivers
- nvidia-graphics-drivers-legacy-390xx
